The space The interior of the villa includes a bright living area with an open kitchen and sofa bed. Comfortable double bedroom. Bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Large entrance with a sofa bed. Outside, guests can enjoy a delightful and cool gazebo covered with jasmine, where they can spend relaxing moments and a large part of the garden for their exclusive use. The house is perfect for couples or small families, with a bedroom with a queen-size bed and the two sofa beds in the living room/entrance, both queen-size. IMPORTANT NOTE: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO ALLOW ACCESS TO UNREGISTERED USERS AND/OR USERS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. IMPORTANT NOTE: SMALL ANIMALS ARE WELCOME (DOG, CAT, HAMSTER, RABBIT.) UPON ACCEPTANCE BY THE OWNER OR STAFF. FOR THIS REASON, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING REQUEST, IT IS FIRST NECESSARY TO KNOW THE TYPE OF ANIMAL AND POSSIBLY THE NUMBER OF THE SAME (Max. 3 rabbits). THIS WAY WE WILL BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE YOUR PETS THE BEST CARE FOR THEIR WELL-BEING. DOGS AND CATS MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE (INCLUDING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AREAS) IMPORTANT NOTE: In some periods, an independent portion of the villa – with separate entrance and unshared spaces – can be used by the owner. Guest access Check-in is allowed without extra fees from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In case of late arrival, the rate is 20 euros. Our house consists of two separate and autonomous housing units, one for the exclusive use of guests and the other where the owners occasionally stay. The entrance from the main gate is shared, while access to the guest housing unit is private and independent. Other things to note The house is located in the countryside 2 km away from the picturesque village of San Nicola L'Arena (regional train stop from Palermo: San Nicola Tonnara), from Cefalù, and therefore the use of the car or other private means (motorcycle, bicycle) is recommended. When present, the owners live with a small dog while the house's red cat may wander around the garden. Pets are welcome but must be small. Please note that the entire property is NON-SMOKING: the only areas where smoking is allowed are the balcony and the terrace. SHEETS/TOWELS: Bed linen and towels are already present inside the apartment. PARKING: The house does not have private parking, but the car can be parked safely in the private street adjacent to the villa. NB: It is not allowed to park the car inside the gate of the property. CHECK-OUT: We ask that you check out by 10:30 a.m. Late check-out is upon request and costs +30% of the cost of the single night.
