Conveniently located off Highway 4, just minutes from the Lube Room (bar and grill) and Camp Connell General Store and Beer Garden, you won't have to travel far for key "amenities." The space Up to 4 adults plus 2 kids. ☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️☃️❄️ For the month of December the cabin will be beautifully decorated for🌲 Christmas🦌- enjoy some quality time away and come play in the ☃️snow ❄️with your loved ones during the holiday season! 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲 The space includes an array of kitchen gadgets such as coffee machine, sandwich maker, plates, dishes, bowls, coffee mugs, and all kinds of baking utensils, spice rack, cooking and baking supplies etc as well as the standard electric stove and refrigerator. The cabin is also equipped with AC unit for your convenience. Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger, 48Amp/240V, with 25ft cable is available for your convenience for free. Please bring your adapter. -Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and one twin bed. Sleeps 5 assuming 2 sleepers in each queen and one in twin bed. This also has a 32" HD LED Flat Screen TV. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Also, there is a washer/dryer combo for your convenience to use it. -Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and one pullout single bed. Slleps 3 assuming two sleepers in queen bed and one in pullot single bed. This also has a 32" HD LED Flat Screen TV. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). -Living room has a pullout queen sleeper sofa available, and can accomodate an additional 2 sleepers. This also has a 55" TCL full HD Smart Google TV. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). And in the event of a power outage, which can happen here in the mountains both in summer and winter, we have plenty of candles and flashlights available. The cabin doesn't have a generator to provide electrical power during the occasional outage. *We are a pet free rental for medical reasons and to provide an allergy free experience for all renters. No pets or animals of any kind please. Guest access -Owner will provide Guest with access code, which will unlock the front door to the Property. Additionally, there is a lock box at the property with spare keys if the Guest can’t open the door with the access code provided by the Owner. Guest is not allowed to make duplicate keys. -Guests have access to all items in the house with the exception of the locked owners’ cabinets and closets. -Complimentary Xfinity high speed internet Wi-Fi is provided for free during your stay. Other things to note Please be aware that this area can get a lot of snow during the season. In winter the main driveway is being plowed. However, it might be necessary to shovel the steps to the house yourself (shovel provided). If the guest would like additional snow plow service on the arrival day it is the responsibility of the guest to arrange and pay for such services. Please do not call a service on behalf of the owner without asking for permission. We still advise 4 wheel drive and appropriate tires and/or snow chains during this season. Please leave the place as clean as you found it . . . very clean . . . and leave used towels in the bathroom. Extra points for running a load of dishes through a dishwasher during departure day breakfast. :-) Please don't leave any garbage inside or outside the cabin during your stay, as well when you leave. Please pack out your bags of separated garbage and recycling to the convenient Avery Transfer Station…a minute off Hwy 4 in Avery…4541 Seagale Road, Avery, CA. Smoking or drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited in and around the property. Occasional power outages may occur due to the rural aspect of this mountain area. The cabin doesn't have a generator to provide electrical power during the occasional outage. For security purposes, we have an exterior surveillance camera system installed. Rest assured, your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and the camera will only be used in the event of an issue raised by you or our next-door neighbors. We are committed to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning process! The homeowners reserve the right to pursue litigation beyond the amount Airbnb charges if necessary. The guest who has booked the reservation will be held responsible.
