Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available. An extra TV room with associated PlayStation is located at one end of the house. The room can also be equipped with an extra sleeping mattress at the request of the tenant. Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. The house's living area is 121 sqm and a glazed terrace of 20 sqm. The back is in the west-facing position and is protected from view by high hedges.
