HOST WORKING HOURS AND CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM-12 AM RESERVATION POLICIES: 1 - Door code and elevator card are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours (4 PM-12 AM). 2 - Early check-in and Late check-out, are subject to availability 3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $40 and registration form are still pending. 4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date 5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in. 6 - All departures must be reported immediately to the host. 7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be made after 10 AM as per the platform's policies. 8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved. 9 - No courtesy refunds are provided. 10 - If you want to coordinate any amenities, please make sure to inform the host 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM). 12 - Extra cleanings, if applicable, should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day. 13 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY: The amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking is $40.
