House in Kensal Green Triangle

Our cosy 3 bedroom family home is spacious with a kitchen opening onto a exquisite floral patio. It is situated on a residential street close to bars, restaurants, boutiques and cinema and 20 minutes from Oxford circus. A short walk from Portobello Road and Queens Park, with a farmers market at the weekend. Safe, quiet residential area with Overground train to Gospel Oak lido in 20 minutes, Hampstead Heath only 5 stops. We have solar panels so on a sunny day your shower and toast will be eco. The space Nice neighbours both sides and use of our wood burning heater/barbecue. The three double bedrooms are very comfortable, so our guests tell us. The master bedroom has an ensuite wet-room shower/WC and kitchenette. Bedroom 2 is next door with own sink and shower/loo next door. Up the stairs to ensuite attic double bedroom There is a sofa bed in the downstairs reception for extra guests. 12 solar panels augment the electricity supply so you can be sure that cup of 3 o'clock cup of tea is solar powered. The lounge has a video projector and a Morso wood-burning stove. Guest access Practically use of the entire whole house, garden and cheap parking. Use of washing machine, ceiling drying rack, dish washer and wood burning stoves Other things to note The heating is by NEST and can be adjusted form the dial in the hall. Each radiator has a thermostatic valve - anticlockwise for on. Parking is free out of these hours 8.30am - 6.30pm. We can arrange online parking at £7.50/day. During the day there's plenty of room but it fills up at night but you can park in the surrounding streets as well as long as it says KG on the sign. The washing machine is simple - we usually set it on 5, soap in the left compartment. The downstairs shower is simple but the hot water takes a while to reach it so turn on the bath hot tap to speed it up. The best setting on the shower lever is about '7 o'clock'.
