Located in the heart of Charolais-Brionnais, this former farmhouse, authentic, rustic and functional has been completely renovated for you! Great for a stay with friends or family, in a relaxing and rejuvenating setting. Come and discover our countryside, walk, bike, through our green landscapes dotted with white. (Yes, the white is the white of Charolais cows!) The space Your arrival will be through the furnished terrace that serves all the rooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom, with integrated bathroom, offers all the comforts of night in a single room. 160*200 bed. The equipped and functional kitchen is open to the living room, conviviality assured, even in the kitchen! Friendliness is reinforced with the round table, where everyone will find their place. A small extra fireplace is available to warm the troops during the long winter evenings. Be careful though, the heating is not on the floor, it can be cool: remember to bring your slippers for optimal comfort! The second bedroom is accessible by a corridor that also serves a toilet and a bathroom, to ensure privacy in this part of the house. 140*190 bed. Comfortable bathroom with shower (with sitting bench) and bathtub. This room is equipped with a small office area, which can allow remote working. Space available for a folding crib. Beds 90*190 Outside, on enclosed grounds, you will find a space designed for relaxation, including a petanque court and a large lawn. In the summer, enjoy garden furniture, a barbecue and a starry sky. With family or friends, this is the basis of a successful evening. In this space, your pets can also enjoy the stay by gambling freely, in peace. An exterior designed for the well-being of all, even your four-legged companions! Separate parking at the entrance ensures easy and convenient access. To ensure that everyone is comfortable, the house is equipped with all the essentials (Beyond the dishes, sheets, bath towels, tea towels are provided).
