Private Bedroom in a Shared Flat

Welcome to my cozy apartment in Gading Serpong! My apartment is located in a 5-floor building. One floor only has 4 apartments. It is fairly peaceful and quiet. Mini markets, cafés and eateries are within a few min drive. Guest access You have access to the kitchen, complete with stoves, pots and pans, kitchen and dining utensils, fridge and plates. I do not have a microwave but I have an air fryer you can use. You can also drink tea and coffee available in the kitchen cabinet. There is no working space in your room, but you can use the dining table. There is also a TV with an access to Netflix. If you are a smoker, you can smoke cigarettes in the balcony only. If you smoke vape, you can smoke freely anywhere in the apartment. Your room has a single bed with a pillow and a bolster/body pillow. I also provide you with a hair dryer and a clothing rack with hangers and tissue. You can use a dedicated bathroom right in front of your room (I have my own bathroom), equipped with a shower and sink. I also provide shampoo and body wash. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine washing liquid. There is free parking along the street in front of the apartment building. During your stay I live in the apartment and am around most of the time. If I am free during your stay, I can also show you around and give pointers or suggestions on where and what to eat, where to go, best modes of transportation, etc. Otherwise, I can also be reached by phone easily.
