The Guest House is the result of a meticulous renovation with reorganization of the spaces of a previous holiday home. It is located on the outskirts of the city of Pieve di Soligo, framed by the beautiful Prosecco hills. The property itself is located within a private park and from its terraces you can enjoy a unique 360° view. It is the ideal reference for business travelers or short stays. The space We are pleased to host you in our Alma Guest House, where the first floor of this newly renovated country house is at your complete disposal, accessible from the private parking lot by climbing the natural stone steps, and well lit at night. You then enter the house from the common armored door equipped with a numeric keypad for automatic opening (without the use of bulky keys) also for the gate the opening takes place with a numerical combination provided at the time of check-in. Alma Guest House offers a double room with a private bathroom on the first floor of a shared house. In the bedroom there is: 40" TV; spacious closet where you can store your personal belongings; suitcase rack; safe; desk with chair and a free super-fast connection. The room is equipped with remote-controlled floor heating and cooling systems. With the utmost respect for the environment and confirming our Green thinking, we are proud to inform our guests that there are no traditional gas or hydrocarbon boilers and stoves in the facility. The energy used for lighting and heating comes entirely from renewable sources or private photovoltaic systems. The floor is shared and includes a total of 3 rooms, each room has its own key, in the common area there is a kitchenette with a small table and chairs, a small fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and dishes useful to prepare delicious breakfasts independently and in the summer season consume them on the large outdoor terrace equipped with tables and comfortable chairs. At sunset, it will certainly be gratifying to enjoy the landscape and the profile of the gentle hills of the Prosecco immersed in the greenery and tranquility of our private park.
