Villa Encanto - newly renovated parking and terrace!

Reformed in 2024, this home, between the sea and the mountains, an idyllic environment just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Surrounded by nature, with spectacular views and a quiet atmosphere, Villa Encanto is perfect for disconnecting and recharging. It has three rooms, living-dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a beautiful terrace for your moments of leisure and own parking. The village of Celorio has 5 beaches and a spectacular gastronomic and activities offer. The space Villa Encanto is located on the ground floor of a traditional Asturian house renovated in its entirety this year, of almost 100 square meters. Thanks to its characteristics it maintains a cool temperature regardless of the outside heat, it also maintains a pleasant temperature in winter. The property has a central hallway, at the bottom of this we would have a spacious bathroom with a bath and fully equipped. As for the rooms, they are all double. The first one has a double bed, the next two singles and the third one a large bunk bed. All of them are complete with detail and thoughtfully decorated. Lastly we would have a space surmounted by a large arch, which is entered by a sliding door. In it we find a splendid kitchen, then a very flirtatious dining room and at the end a living room with a sofa that is hard to want to get up. The house is renovated this year, so if you stay in it you will be one of the first people to enjoy it. And yes, we have free Wi-Fi. The property also has a large terrace with an illuminated gazebo, surrounded by flowers, aromatic plants and small shrubs with edible fruits. You will be able to enjoy a few dream nights under it, in its armchairs or if you prefer you can ask us for the grill and enjoy a barbecue. I add to this we have a parking lot, in which two vehicles and a small garden area can enter. In addition, around you can see the Sierra del Cuera, wonderful gardens and trees of the surrounding areas and the beach will be a 10-minute walk away. A little over 200 meters you will have a grocery store, taxi, bus and train stop, pharmacy and several restaurants where you can taste the local cuisine. In summer in Celorio opens a watertight 300 meters from Villa Encanto and a 10-minute walk you can start the route of the coastal path of Llanes. Guest access You can ask us for the grill for a lively barbecue, a umbrella to take to the beach, desk and chair for remote work, and any recommendations for places to check out, restaurants to eat, or activities to do. Also you don't need to bring anything from home. You will have towels, sheets, hair dryer, tea pot, amenities, a welcome detail and even fresh flowers. Remember that in Celorio you can take surf lessons, take horseback or walking tours, paddle surfing, go fishing or get to know its majestic landscapes and architectural richness such as the Monastery of San Salvador. For your leisure time you can dare to do 'Ruta de los Chiringuitos de Celorio', five picturesque terraces on the banks of the Cantabrian with live music or enjoy emblematic restaurants such as Casa de Comidas el Arco, where you can reach on foot in less than five minutes.
