This home, set in a halo of greenery and calm, calls for serenity! You can contemplate from the terrace the sunset on the pond that runs along the property (private access to part of the pond/swimming prohibited). Tastefully decorated, you have a fitted kitchen with cooking piano, living room, TV, shower room, 2 bedrooms upstairs with each toilet and handwasher . Private parking and terrace overlooking the garden. Linens are provided. The space The accommodation consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) as well as a cooking piano. A large fireplace brings a lot of charm to the living room, however for safety reasons it is not allowed to use it. The bedrooms are upstairs, they are separate (in a row) and each have their own toilets and handwashers. The bathroom, with toilet, is on the ground floor. The terrace is equipped with a garden furniture and a barbecue, allowing you to enjoy the view during your meals! The property has a private pond of one hectare, part of which (about half) will be reserved for you. The rest of the property being occupied by the owners only. Swimming is prohibited! On the other hand, fishing in "No Kill" is allowed (subject to possession of a fishing card). Please note that children remain under the supervision and responsibility of parents! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, only the pond is shared with the owners. Other things to note - A copy of the civil liability/dwelling certificate will be provided to us before your arrival (by email or photo); - We provide linens as well as a welcome kit; - Linen includes: duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets, towels, washcloths and tea towels; - The end of stay cleaning is included In case of non-compliance or damage to the property (even if cleaning is included) we will use the "aircover" deposit which is set up when you book. - Any feedback, any malfunctions will need to be noted within an hour of your arrival so that we can best respond to them. - The decorative elements will be systematically checked before your arrival and after your check-out in photos; this is so as not to have a point of controversy in case of breakage or disappearance of one of these objects contributing to the charm of the accommodation .
