Nestled in a green setting, our renovated old watercress bed is a calm interlude. From the terrace, admire the sunset over the pond (private access – swimming prohibited). Here, we slow down and enjoy the moment. The cottage combines charm and comfort: equipped kitchen with cooktop, cozy living room, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, each with toilet and sink. Terrace on the garden, private parking and linen provided for a simple and relaxing stay! Night 🛏️ Space Two bedrooms upstairs, separated (in a row), each with private toilet and sink. 🚿 Bathroom Located on the ground floor, with toilet. 🔥 Outdoor Terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy meals facing nature. 🌿 Pond & Safety The property includes a private pond of about 1 hectare, part of which is reserved for you to fully enjoy the natural setting. For security and site preservation reasons: 🚫 Swimming is not allowed. 🎣 "No Kill" fishing is possible, subject to having a valid fishing license. 👶 As the pond is not fenced, children must remain under the careful and constant supervision of their parents. We count on your vigilance so that everyone can enjoy this peaceful place with peace of mind. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, only the pond is shared with the owners. Other things to note 📋 Contains important information 📄 Insurance A copy of your civil liability/home certificate must be sent to us before your arrival (by email or photo). 🧺 Linen & hospitality Linens are provided as well as a welcome kit. It includes: duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths and tea towels. 🧼 Housekeeping The end of stay cleaning is included. However, in the event of non-compliance with the accommodation or damage found, we may use the AirCover guarantee activated during your booking. 🛠️ Upon arrival Any remarks or malfunctions must be reported within one hour of your arrival so that we can intervene quickly and guarantee you an optimal stay. 🕊️ Decoration & objects The decorative elements, often antique and contributing to the charm of the place, are photographed and checked before and after each stay to avoid any misunderstanding in case of breakage or disappearance.
