Check-in & Out: Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is at 12pm. 2. Identification and Registration: Guests must provide a valid form of identification (IC/ Passport) upon check-in. 3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 11.00pm & 7.00am. Please keep noise levels down during these times. 4. No Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping is allowed in room or within the hotel’s compound. The designated smoking area is outside of the hotel. 5. No Cooking Policy: No cooking is allowed in room. The designated cooking area is at Community Kitchen, Level 1. 6. Pet Policy: Only small pets that fit within a cage are allowed except dogs and piggy. Pets are not allowed to roam outside in the public areas. Pet Indemnity Form along with non-refundable pet sanitization fee of RM800 + 8% Service Tax per stay will be collected upon arrival. Any damages made by the pet will be deducted from the security deposit. 7. Please be advised that durian and mangosteen are prohibited in the hotel's premises due to its strong lingering odour and purple juice cause permanent stains on clothes and other fabrics. 8. Komune Living observes a ZERO tolerance policy on parties in the residence.
