Fully restored to its original glory to match historical photos, yet with a completely rebuilt interior structure, this 1885 award-winning Victorian home has been featured in a home decor magazine and located in the historical district in the heart of "old town PG." The space Sleeping Room Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Primary bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and small walk-in closet. Custom roman shades with lining. Beautiful high ceilings and natural light. Bedroom 2: One full/double bed, dresser with drawers, and attached full bathroom. There is a door with curtain between the kitchen and this back bedroom and bath area, so when the door is closed, the bedroom and bath become a totally private "suite" area, similar to an en-suite bathroom arrangement. Custom black-out shades on every window in this room. There is one step down into the bedroom section of this back area. Sitting Room: Small sitting room with a couch that pulls out into a double bed. When the bed is down, there is no space on either side of the bed and a very tiny space between end of bed and door. The doors are glass french doors with semi-opaque shades. This room is designed for semi-private sleeping only -- or during the day, when bed is not pulled out, it's a warm and cozy room for relaxing with a book! Note: In Bedroom #1 (primary), there are custom Roman shades for complete provacy. There is also a loft area (not to be accessed or used) with a window and no shade, so this room cannot be fully darkened during daylight hours. Guest access Guests have full access of the indoor and outdoor spaces, except for the small owners closet adjacent to the washer/dryer.
