Relaxing stay in central Halmstad with sauna

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Halmstad city, Nissan river and walking trails. After your amazing day, come back to apartment and have a bath, Swedish Sauna, watch movies with a hifi system or how about play some of our many fun board games with a cup of coffee or tea! The possibilities are endless. Your stay in our guest appartment is in the basement of our home. It is a fully liveable area. The space Private living room comprising of two sofa beds, TV with smart apps, games console and surround sound, board games shelf. Dining area with table, seating and appliances including microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and coffee maker. There is an induction stove with an extractor. The open fire stove is non-functional. Private bathroom and relax area including bath tub, separate shower, and sauna. Private WC. A laundry room and facilities are available for use, however, hosts will also retain public access to the laundry room. Host access will only be in case of necessity and full communication will be provided to guests at their convenience. Public outdoor area for guest use with table and chairs. Please be aware this is overlooked by windows from the host residence. Communal children’s playground is within sight of property and open for use. Guest access The entrance to the property is through a private entrance in the rear garden. You will have access to the whole basement as well as access to the garden. Other things to note Your hosts live onsite in the two floors above the property.
