The space Split Air Conditioners will be functional in all bedrooms only, not in Living & Dining area. It will be functional based on request and additional cost. Kitchen will be accessible in any one of the floor. Living room is accessible in both the floors. Parties or Events, DJs are not allowed in the floors or Terrace. Upon approval from the property owner and with limitations, it shall be done.
