Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Enjoy swimming pool, outdoor cooking and privacy. This is a 3500 Sf house sitting on 29 acres. Guests will have access to most of the backyard and woods. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, etc. No access to garage or barn. It has very convenient location, 15-20 min drive to St. Joseph, South Haven or smaller beaches on Lake Michigan. Plenty of vineyards, breweries, orchards, blueberry fields, farmers stands. The space 4 Bedroom House with living area and fully equipped kitchen, Backyard with variety of BBQ grills including Big Green Egg, amazing pool, 3 Hummocks at your service. Soccer ball, 2 volleyball balls, Badminton. Chess, Dominos, and some games for kids. Firewood is available for sale on site (1st night supply is free) Public boat launch is 3 min drive to Paw Paw lake. Free coffee and teas provided, Keurig Coffee Machine with reusable cups, kettle. Frying pans, Pizza dish bowls, etc. Please use plastic glasses around pool (Wine, Whiskey Glasses, shots and Plastic glasses provided). Vacuum, brooms, garbage bags, silverware, serving tools, plastic storage bags, towels and oven mitts provided. There is no noise restrictions, karaoke or music is no problem at all inside or outside. In the island closest to the stove are the colanders, glassware, mixing bowls, glass baking elements etc. Water supply to house is well water. House has water softener and water filtration system, it is safe to use. Also there is filtered water for drinking / cooking at sink and fridge. Upon request guests can be provided with local Artesian well water. This well is a few miles away from property. Other things to note This house is focuses on nature lovers and very peaceful family time, although there are no noise restrictions. Karaoke and loud music is allowed, please contact host in advance to discuss. 2 cats may wonder around outside of house, they are not allowed inside the house. They are nice cats, usually shy first with strangers, but very friendly. There is little chance you will even see them.
