With free Wi-Fi and ample parking, our home is your perfect getaway year-round! The space A long private driveway leads you into area of ample parking. The home is situated on 3 acres, wooded. lots of green space, a shallow entry beach to Crescent Lake in the backyard, a large patio with plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a wood fired pizza oven. The interior has 2 floors. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, a large living area and kitchen and dining room. The basement has 3 bedrooms, a pool table room, and a living area with a home bar area. Above the garage we have a dormitory style 5 bed sleeping area with each pod having a twin bed, phone charging station, and storage area for each bed. With a living area with tv and overstuffed bean bag chairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the house except for an owners closet upstairs that is locked. The utility room in the basement will be locked as well. Power boats are not for guest use as well. Other things to note We provide some basic items to get you started, but will need to be replenished by the guest Paper towels, toilet paper, paper goods, detergents, soaps Camping/fire wood needs to be provided by the guest Propane is provided for the grills. 2 5 gallon spring water jugs are provided for the guest to use with our water cooler. Basement is not controlled by Centrail Air, but maintains a constant low temp due to foundation being under ground. Fans are available for guest use as well
