A comfy sunny annexe

We are delighted to offer our cosy annex that has been renovated a year ago, currently unused. It is ideal for one person and is completely private (side access). It comes with its own bathroom and a compact but fully equipped kitchenette (fridge and freezer, kettle, microwave, portable hotplate, pots, pants, utensils, etc.). You can park in front of the house and use our washing machine if needed. Cleaning provided for longer stays (2+ weeks), reliable 1 gigabit WiFi, TV with Chromecast. The space The main bedroom is separated from the kitchenette by the door. Next to the kitchenette is the bathroom. You can cast content via Chromecast from your mobile phone to the TV mounted above the bed. WiFi is 1GB and so you should be able to work, play or watch movies without any issues. You have a compact laptop desk with an office char and a headlamp, and also a very comfy sofa for reading books / watching movies. Cleaning is provided for longer stays (every second Wednesday), this is free of charge. We also provide some drinks, snacks, books, board games, extra heater in winter / fan in summer, iron, hair dryer, cooking ingredients. If you have a bike or electric scooter, you can leave in the garden area. Parking is in front of the house and we have a camera system in place. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, only 6 houses on the street and we know each other very well. Hence why we ask our guests not to bring unannounced visitors please. Guest access Guest can access the annex via the side entrance. This is their private entrance we do not use. Other things to note Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets inside. If you have a small pet or they can stay outside in the garden, please let us know and we will see what we can do. Thank you
