Thank you! 😊 The Home: Your guest house is situated on a lot with a front house but completely detached. This newly renovated, 550 sq ft craftsman bungalow is both quaint and charming. You’ll have your own private entryway, walls, and plenty of space to feel at home. Enjoy your own secluded back patio, ideal for relaxing or working outdoors. For added peace of mind, the entire property is fully fenced in, ensuring an extra layer of security and safety during your stay. We specialize in stays of 30 nights or more. If your desired dates fall outside the availability on our calendar, feel free to send us a message, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Parking: Parking is accessible on the street, but please be mindful of parking restrictions. We’ll provide you with a parking decal for overnight parking on our street. Adjacent parking is available without the decal if needed. Living Room: The living room is a cozy space where you can relax. The sofa is perfect for lounging, and there’s a credenza stocked with books and high-speed internet to keep you connected. A wall-mounted smart TV, equipped with all the entertainment apps you could want, is ready for your movie nights or binge sessions. The room also features a mini-split system that keeps the space warm during the winter and briskly cool during the hot summer. Hardwood floors flow throughout the entire home, adding sleekness and warmth to the space. The living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, creating an open and inviting area to hang out and enjoy your stay. Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. There’s an oven with a 5-burner stovetop for cooking up a storm and a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. You’ll find plenty of plates, silverware, and wine glasses, along with a microwave, spices, and all the pots and pans you could need. There’s also plenty of counter space, which doubles as a dining area with two stools—perfect for enjoying a quick bite or your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, the kitchen features a dedicated coffee corner with your choice of a French press, percolator, or Nespresso machine to kick-start your day. Bedroom: The bedroom is super comfy, with a queen-sized bed and soft linens to make you feel right at home. There’s a wall AC unit for those hot LA days and a space heater to keep you cozy when it’s cooler. You’ll have a walk-in closet for all your stuff and direct access to the bathroom, which makes everything easy. Plus, there’s a smart TV so you can kick back and binge your favorite shows after a long day. Bathroom: The stylish bathroom has everything you need to feel at ease. It features a walk-in shower for a refreshing start or end to your day and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find a blow dryer, extra toiletries in case you forgot something, and plenty of towels, linens, and toilet paper. If there’s anything else you need, just let us know, and we’ll have it shipped over right away. The private backyard garden is your little escape from the LA grind. Surrounded by olive trees, lavender, and rosemary, it’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. You’ll also find a washer and dryer on the property for your convenience. Our neighborhood is shared with some local wildlife, including raccoons, opossums, and neighborhood cats, which usually come out at night. On surrounding streets, you might even spot a coyote. While they never enter our property and don’t bother people, please stay vigilant when out and about. Other things to note Silver Lake is a lively and vibrant neighborhood, so you might occasionally hear the hum of traffic in the background. All guests staying over 30 nights must sign an addendum before their stay.
