It is located along the Voie Verte No. 3 and 1 km from the Vélodyssée and the Canal de Nantes à Brest. It is close to towns in Morbihan that are worth a visit, such as Malestroit (10 km), Josselin (15 km), Rochefort-en-Terre (27 km), La Gacilly (30 km), Paimpont and Brocéliande (30 km). Thanks to the nearby N166, Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan are only 30 minutes away. The space The ground floor living space has a seating area (sofa, coffee table, TV, wifi) and a dining-kitchen area with a washing machine. Upstairs: - an open landing with, depending on the options, one single bed or two single beds - a separate bedroom with a queen size bed - A bathroom with toilet, shower and sink (bed and bath linens provided) Outside: a terrace shaded by a century-old oak tree with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Guest access Visitors have independent access to the cottage and have an outdoor parking space in the enclosed courtyard (gate with remote control). Possibility to put bikes in the shelter in a locked lean-to. Other things to note The vacation rental is located 2 km from the village of Roc-Saint-André and its shops (supermarket, bakery, café-restaurant, pharmacy). The proximity to the greenway (along the cottage) and the towpath of the canal from Nantes to Brest (1 km away) allows beautiful walks and water activities.
