Inside, this one-bedroom suite (we, an older couple, live upstairs) offers a full kitchen, spacious living area, & an iComfort bed with all cotton sheets. Conveniently located close to town. To preserve the calm atmosphere, we kindly ask that outdoor voices remain soft after 8pm. The space The suite is located in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighbourhood near St. Mary’s Lake on a half-acre property. Guests enjoy private use of a fenced-in backyard, which includes a deck, hot tub and sauna. There are no steps leading to the entrance of the suite of the sauna; there are two steps up to the hot tub deck. Occasional garden watering or hot tub maintenance may occur while guests are away. Your private entrance opens into a spacious living room with an electric fire place, an air con/heating unit and a Fire TV with access to Prime Video and Netflix. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with cookware, dishes, and appliances including a toaster, microwave, half-sized dishwasher, and drip coffee maker with coffee and teas provided. A selection of basic cooking essentials is available such as oil, salt and pepper, sugar, and cooking utensils. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower and heated towel rack. There is keyless entry with your own exclusive code, feel free to provide a 6 digit code of your preference. The Wifi is typically strong and reliable. Ganges is only a 5 min drive away, a couple of minutes more to downtown Ganges with popular shops and restaurants. The bus stops one house down and runs roughly hourly. Access to Level 1 charging is available for $15 a night. Harbour and Ganges pickups and drop offs are available for a small additional cost.
