Private room with a double bed and en-suite shower room in family home in Coulsdon. Shared use of kitchen, living & dining rooms. Fast trains (Thameslink) to Central London (25mins) from Coulsdon South station and to Gatwick (25 mins). Free parking available on the driveway. 10 mins walk to Coulsdon South train station. Close to Avenue Verte cycle route to Paris. Shared house with the hosts family, 2 small dogs and 2 cats. Tea and coffee available in the room. Towels and bedlinen incl. The space Bedroom with a double bed, drawer and hanger space for clothes. Shutters and curtains to front window and shutters to side and bathroom windows. Wooden floor with rugs. Bed linen provided. Kettle and coffee machine in the room. There is also a TV with Freeview chanels in the room Bathroom has walk-in shower, wc and wash hand basin with mirror above. Towels provided. Guest access Guests will have sole use of the room and the en-suite bathroom. They can also use the ground floor rooms in the house and the garden room and patio area. Kitchen & fridge space for food storage is available. Free parking of bicycles in the garage or car on the driveway with prior agreement with the host. During your stay We will be around the house/ garden most of the time to offer guests help and information about the area and nearby transport links. Other things to note Guests can use the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. Washing liquids etc are provided. The house is lived in by myself and my wife, our son and his wife. We also have two small cavapoo dogs and two cats.
