This spacious home is the perfect family stay. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Rangiora, you're a two minute drive to the main street and 25 minutes from Christchurch Central. The home is modern warm, with two lounges, gas fireplace, outdoor entertaining and three bedrooms. And for the kids, there's a playground and large field. The space The house has the following areas for you to use. Main living room, dining, and kitchen - large open plan area great for hanging out all together. This connects to the covered backyard with large bi-folding doors. Second lounge - there is a large TV room with ariel, as well as outdoor access to the deck area. Bedroom one - double bed with an ensuite shower and basin. Bedroom two - queen bed. Bedroom three - double bed. Bathroom and toilet - a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a separate room with a toilet. Backyard - many outdoor seating options, grass area, and you are welcome to use the BBQ! Laundry - there is access to a washing machine, dryer, drying rack / clotheshorse, and iron should you need to use these amenities during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the home's two lounges, kitchen, dining, three bedrooms, laundry, separate toilet, ensuite shower, bath and shower room, and wrap-around backyard. Other things to note Pets are by negotiation. Please be aware that while the backyard is not fully fenced. We ask that any pets you would like to bring are well trained out of respect to the family home (i.e. no climbing on furniture) and neighbours (such as no barking or likely to escape due to no fence).
