Octon accommodation with parking and garden 2 to 4 people

Charming accommodation, in the heart of the village square of Octon. Enjoy its garden, and a courtyard to park your car. All amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). The original stone walls will protect you from the heat, and there is an air cooler! Our region is fabulous, and Octon will delight you with its summer entertainment, markets, and picturesque beauty. Located 5 minutes from the beautiful Lake Salagou and 20 minutes from the Cirque de Mourèze. The space The house is equipped with a TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and a Senseo). In the living room, the BZ sofa is convertible into a bed and has a good mattress. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Dimensions of the bed and sofa bed (1.40 m by 1.90 m). Fan and air cooler are available in the bedroom and living room. The inner courtyard will be your free and private parking. As well as a place for your bikes, (just let us know to leave you the key to it). You will have access to the garden overlooking the vineyards and red lands of the region, a garden shared with our second rental. (see pictures in the "exterior" section) The garden is in front of your parking lot, at the back of the inner courtyard, you will recognize it at a glance with its wrought iron gate (see exterior photo) Linens and towels are not provided, but can be provided on request (for 25 euros). Guest access Parking within the private courtyard (see outdoor photos). We will ask you to respect the parking spaces so that the two apartments in our inner courtyard can benefit from their respective spaces. Room available for your bikes. (Let us know to leave you the key). Self check-in thanks to the box available. Other things to note Your rental is in Octon Square. Grocery store and cafes are at your doorstep. The Octon Municipal Library, located next to the grocery store, is open all summer: it will welcome you. Membership for borrowing books is free, and board games are available, as well as film screenings. We don't have Wi-Fi, internet works either in front of the door of the accommodation or in the garden. You can get Wi-Fi at the library or at the restaurant in the square.
