Welcome to nature! Our modern apartment (completed in spring 2024) welcomes you in the beautiful Oberbergisches Land surrounded by forest and meadows, right on the Lingese dam. Close to the Bergisches Panoramasteig, it is the starting point for great hikes or bike tours for all nature enthusiasts. After an eventful day, you will return to indescribable peace and idyll, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - perfect for a small or even big break! The space Our bright and friendly apartment has a separate entrance via an external staircase and is located above the café. The approx. 80 square meter apartment is a mix of modern and old-preserved elements and impresses with its cozy flair. Consisting of 2 small bedrooms, 1 living and dining area and a bathroom with washing machine, it offers a total of 6 sleeping places! A special feature is the walk-in plateau (= "Heidiebene"), which can be reached via a mobile ladder – possible additional bedroom or play level! View from the skylights directly into the forest or to the dam (with fantastic sunrise)! No traffic, as the cul-de-sac ends in the forest! Guest access The apartment is part of the coffee roastery that opened in 2020! This is open on the weekends with café service! Homemade cake and freshly roasted coffee is guaranteed!
