We offer a spacious getaway with a private enclosed yard with outdoor seating & bbq. Just minutes from two beautiful beaches. This Airbnb offers two bedrooms (one King one Queen) a bathroom with rain shower, laundry and a comfortable living space. Our patio includes seating, a bistro set and a BBQ. We are 2 minutes from the lake and we provide bikes and a kayak/paddle board for guests' enjoyment. This is a very special spot away from the hustle and bustle. Come relax and unwind in St ives BC The space Lofty Pines Hideaway is located in sunny St ives in beautiful North Shuswap. St ives is a very special little oasis with clear waters and a lovely slow pace to life. We are about 25 minutes from scotch creek and close to Celista winery, st ives waterfall and Albas falls. We have two gorgeous beaches just a short walk away for soaking up the sun, swimming, boating and whatever suits your fancy. The Angelmont Marina is a 5 minute drive away for shopping. There is a roped off beach for family safe swimming along with a lovely picnic area. We offer a dog friendly space with restrictions on size and ask that your fur babies stay home if they aren’t cat friendly (we have two kitties who often come to visit the airbnb and we want them to be safe) We offer dog boarding if you want a day out to explore and your host is ECE certified so childcare can also be arranged when she is available. The suite comes complete with books, games and beach toys. Bikes and a kayak/paddle board also available for guest use. This airbnb offers 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a queen. The fireplace in the suite is not for use in summer or early fall. We use natural cleaners and do our best to limit artificial scents. Coffee, tea, sugar and cooking oil are provided along with an assortment of cooking essentials (coffee maker, microwave, bbq, air fryer, French press, sandwich press and a stove with oven) We want you to have a truly memorable and relaxing experience and have made every effort to provide you with a comfortable and well planned out space. Guest access Guest have their own driveway, parking for two vehicles, a private enclosed yard with deck, outdoor dining, bbq and a swing chair. We provide bikes and a kayak/paddle board (combo) for guests to enjoy. Hosts live just a short distance away so we are close by should you need anything! Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay – Please Read Before Booking Our peaceful retreat is nestled in nature, backed by the mountains and surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wilderness. While we take great care to clean thoroughly between each guest, the natural setting means that occasional visits from local critters—like mice or bugs—are possible. If close proximity to nature isn’t your ideal, this may not be the best fit for your stay. Fireplace Use: Please note that the fireplace in the suite is not usable between May and October. Sprinklers for Fire Protection: In the hotter months, wildfires in the area are a possibility. To protect the property, sprinklers are set on timers and run for 30 minutes in each zone throughout the night. If you’re sensitive to nighttime noise, we provide white noise machines in both bedrooms and are happy to offer earplugs upon request. Pet Policy & Services: We’re happy to host your well-behaved pets! However, pets must never be left unattended in the suite. To support you during your stay, we offer doggy daycare and childcare from an ECE-certified caregiver—please inquire ahead of time to book. To preserve our lawn for all guests, please ensure pets do not use the yard as a bathroom. Pet urine can damage the grass. All potty breaks must be on-leash and off the lawn. Occasionally we may experience a power outage here in St Ives. We provide flashlights and battery operated lights for these events. Water Advisory Notice: Due to our rural water system, boil water advisories may be in effect at any time of year. We recommend checking with us before your arrival for the most current water status. We provide a refillable jug in your suite, a large water jug for refilling and a kettle for our guests to refill as needed.
