Located in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou in a quiet environment, and close to Futuroscope (3 min by car), this newly built house, arranged in a Mediterranean atmosphere and with new interior facilities, is an ideal place for vacations with family or friends to discover the tourist places of our region (Futuroscope, Arena, Zero Gravity, Vallée des Singes, Angles sur l'Anglin, Center Parcs Bois aux Daims...). The space Recently built on a plot of 500 m², our 90 m² house, which can accommodate up to 7 people, is ideal for enjoying and spending pleasant moments with family or friends (note that the outdoor plot is being maintained for the grassing planned for next fall). As soon as you enter, you will be invited to put your bags down in a Mediterranean style, with bright and colorful tones. The entrance leads directly to the first part of the house: kitchen open to the living room. * Living room equipped with sofa and various seating, board games, magazines, children's books, coloring books, flat screen TV, private Wi-Fi connection. * Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, complete dishes and various utensils...
