Sleeps 10 Guest access Access Codes are given 15 minutes before 4:00 pm checkin. Other things to note No pets…No parties… No large gatherings. 4 car minimum. If the house rules are broken, then host may ask guest to vacate with no refund of booking or deposit. Please be honest with your guest amount. Guests are considered guests whether they spend the night or not. If more than the amount booked is present, then host has the right to ask all guests to leave and charge a $250 fine with no refund of booking charges.
