There is no elevator, only stairs. There is a kids daycare on the 1st floor. Please understand that the kids are active from Mon. to Sat. **Notice of exterior wall maintenance work. From January 24 to February 14, 2026, exterior wall maintenance will be carried out on the entire building where our Airbnb is located. This is a construction to maintain the aesthetics and safety of the building, and it will be carried out with full consideration for safety. Please understand the following points. * Workers will paint the walls outside the balcony or window during the day. If you are concerned, please close the curtains. The work will be held only at daytime. * There may be a smell of paint. * When working, a slight vibration sound may occur. * Windows cannot be opened except in an emergency. In addition, it is covered with a mesh sheet that prevents paint from scattering, making it a little difficult to see the scenery outside. * Except in case of emergency, you can't enter or exit the balcony. Please hang the laundry indoors. Please rest assured that all staff will respond well to you so that you can spend as comfortably as possible during your stay. ◎Precautions Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Please refrain from smoking in the rooms, balconies, stairways, hallways, as well as in front of the building.If it is discovered, you will be charged 50,000 yen as a deodorization fee. Please be quiet at night (22:00 - 7:00). Please remove your shoes in the room. Violators will be charged a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen. No one other than guests are allowed in the room. Hair dyeing in the listing, including bathrooms and washrooms, is prohibited. If a violation is found, 330,000 yen will be charged. Parties and commercial use are prohibited. Please keep check-out time. If you extend the check-out time, a cleaning stand-by fee of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged. If the host determines that the room has been used in an extremely dirty manner, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. (ex.) If the linens are soiled so badly that the sheets need to be discarded and replaced, the cost of such replacement will be charged. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. are not provided.
