Please refrain from smoking in the rooms, balconies, stairways, hallways, as well as in front of the building.If it is discovered, you will be charged 50,000 yen as a deodorization fee. Please be quiet at night (22:00 - 7:00). Please remove your shoes in the room. Violators will be charged a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen. No one other than guests are allowed in the room. Hair dyeing in the listing, including bathrooms and washrooms, is prohibited. If a violation is found, 330,000 yen will be charged. Parties and commercial use are prohibited. Please keep check-out time. If you extend the check-out time, a cleaning stand-by fee of 2,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.
