Chain of Lakes efficiency # 3

Efficiency unit in cottage with 1 queen bed and a loveseat sleeper, (suitable for small child) kitchenette with 2 top burner (NO OVEN) bar sink, apt sized fridge. Full size bath. Shared laundry area. Shared yard with residents and other guests. 1 parking space per unit. small dog(1) with pre-approval only. No cats The space this is for an efficiency unit. queen bed and loveseat sleeper, kitchenette includes 2 top cooktop, fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker. en suite bathroom. 1 parking space per unit Guest access Access to air conditioned boat house, one step down. Seating by canal and picnic table. Other things to note This is a residence, we live here. There are 4 separate units and other guests may be here also. We do yardwork on the weekends (not too early) There is also a 2br unit, 1 br unit and another efficiency,many times all rooms are occupied. PETS- small dogs (no cats) Pets must be pre-approved, added to reservation $35 pet fee. Must not be left unattended in rooms or allowed on furniture and beds, must be on a leash when outside. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in outside receptacle. Please note- hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather related protection either through Airbnb or otherwise to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates.
