Peaceful Cabins & private Dock, perfect for your Entire Family, Friends & Events! Lots of parking on the 1 acre lot for boat, jet skis, etc. Come fish, bring a Camper/RV (no hook ups, use cabin bathrooms & kitchen) recommend generator & water storage. You’ll be renting the use of the lot, private dock and 4 cabins: Cabin 2: (2) full Bathrooms Cabin 3: Kitchen, seats 12 Cabin 4: Bedroom sleeps 4-5 Cabin 5: Bedroom sleeps 4-5 Message for more information Cabin 1 is for owner use only, has gate The space GREAT For large Families, events etc !! Enjoy 1+ acre of land, that’s only 12 mins from Town- 4 Cute & spacious Cabins adjacent to the Private dock with space for boats, jet skiis, RV etc. 6-9 people will fit comfortably in Cabins #4 & #5. Cabin #3 is the Kitchen, it has all the amenities that you’ll need, seats 12-14. Cabin #2 has 2 full spacious bathrooms. There are 2 Bbq’s, covered porch, umbrellas, outdoor seating at each cabin. Lots of indoor and outdoor games as well. If you have a boat, jet skis, RV/Camper all is welcome, plenty of room.( no RV hook ups). You’ll use the public dock 2 miles away to put in your waters sport vehicle in the water. Then you can store them at the dock during your stay, (at your own risk, so be sure to secure them!) For your safety children under 18 must always wear a life vest at all times at the dock. All cabins have AC and heat. Be sure to contact me to discuss all options regarding more occupants. The 2 Cabins that are bedrooms max out at 8-9 guests but we will allow occupants to have up to 2 RV’s to sleep in. We also have a 3rd bedroom /main cabin that is sometimes rentable as well. JUST ASK for pricing. You can have a total occupancy count/people staying on the property of up to 16 at any given day/night, IF paid and name on list. Call/message for Discounts on large parties. We also rent out for day or weekend events. Such as work & family events, reunions, birthdays, holidays etc. Remember it’s Texas and summers are hot, bring your sunscreen and enjoy the private dock, fishing, etc on the water!! There is a great sandy island across from the dock to enjoy as well. Winters aren’t to bad with extra blankets and heaters in all rooms. Respectfully, we asked that before you leave the premises, all chairs, tables, bbqs, games, etc. get placed back to their original home, please be sure you remember to leave time to remove bedding, clean trash & place things where they belong. (Glamor/ Camping) Unfortunately, we can’t allow dogs as much as we would like to, because of the stickers. No matter how much we mow or spray they don’t go away. It’s not fair to the pooches to have to be pulling stickers out of their paws when they want to run or go potty. I do put shoes on mine when I’m there so if you’re willing to do that each time they need to go outside, we can talk. It’s a pain but the only way my dog will even go potty. There is a property manager who lives on the property behind cabins. You will most likely not see her, unless I ask her to assist. ** You can also Rent the use of kayaks & 2 paddle boats for a fee of $15 each per day, very inexpensive, plus deposit. Just let us know, Separate contract will need to be signed. Guest access Cabins will all be open when you get there. This is a very private area, dead end road. Only 12 mins from town.
