Central Nice Space in Victorian House

A lovely well lit double room in a period Victorian townhouse. great location on lively St Clement's street just a few minutes from Oxford city centre. Also just a 5 minute walk to the trendy Cowley Road. Beautiful area with tonnes of green, abundance of bars, eateries and quirky shops and always something to do just around the corner. Great bus links with coaches to London and all airports. 2 shared bathrooms, large kitchen/living space with a decked garden. The space The pretty second floor room at the front of the house (street view) is well lit and well fitted with a large wardrobe and drawers. The house is a period Victorian town house spread over four floors and in similar style has the open plan kitchen and living area on the basement floor that leads out to the garden. Towels are provided and the kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer. Cooking utensils are provided and the kitchen also holds the washer/dryer. You can help yourself to breakfast on the house along with some local Oxford tea and a few other surprises. There is also central heating and wifi. The location is ideal - there is a bus stop 50m from the house that receives all National Express coaches from the airport as well as coaches from London. A Sainsbury's local is on the street for any groceries, with a larger Tesco's less than 10 minutes walk away on Cowley Road. For a tourist fix, a short 10 minute walk will get you to Oxford's historical city centre as well as our new Westgate shopping mall for some fantastic retail therapy. The railway station is at the furthest end of town and takes 30 minutes. Also a short 5 minute walk away is the trendy Cowley Road where you can find all sorts of eateries, from Jamaican food to Lebanese, Italian, Indian you name it. St Clements Street itself has a great Thai restaurant, a Cous Cous place, a Pizzeria, a new Cocktail bar and numerous pubs. The house is accessed from the main street of St Clement's with self check in using a lockbox so you can arrive when you’re ready.
