Pastels and neutrals, nooks with designs that are conversationalist, patterns that are bold & yet nonchalant, gracefully balancing contemporary with classic elegance. We have 4 bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms and one common powder bath over an approximately 3500 square foot area. Guest access This is a thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom waterfront home, ideal for families and small groups seeking space, privacy, and comfort. To maintain the quality of your stay and prepare the home appropriately, bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests in your reservation. We allocate one bedroom for every two guests, ensuring everyone has ample space without unnecessary unused rooms. For larger groups of more than six guests, the expansive master suite will be included as part of your stay. As it is our premium bedroom with additional space and enhanced comfort, it is offered at an additional charge to smaller groups (if requested upfront) If your group has specific room preferences or would like to include the master suite regardless of group size, please reach out before booking. We’re happy to customize the setup to suit your needs. Other things to note This place was conceived as a corporate guest house to accommodate discerning guests who are looking for a nice experience in Kochi. Our caretaker will prepare some FRESH home cooked food for you during your stay for a small extra cost. They stay in an accommodation adjacent to the apartment and are there only to ensure your needs are taken care of and to keep the place spic and span.
