Guest access BEDROOM 1 (Queen-Size Bed) A spacious and elegantly furnished bedroom on the ground floor, opening to a patio with stunning beach views. This room features a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe. It also includes a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy. BEDROOM 2 (King-Size Bed) This spacious, well-appointed bedroom is also on the ground floor and opens to a patio overlooking a lush garden. It offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe, providing a restful retreat with natural views. BATHROOMS Both bedrooms come with attached bathrooms, equipped with geysers, hairdryers, towels, and essential toiletries. LIVING ROOM The villa welcomes you with a stylish living room on the ground floor, featuring plush seating for up to 5 guests. This inviting space includes a TV with a home-theatre setup, a wired music system, and Wi-Fi for relaxation and entertainment. DINING AREA The dining area, part of the living room, seats up to 6 people comfortably. It includes a pantry with a microwave, toaster, kettle, and tea and coffee amenities. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the pantry. It is equipped with a RO water purifier, crockery and cutlery. LAWN Step outside to a lush, sprawling 2000 sq. ft. garden, ideal for leisurely strolls and moments of tranquility. Enjoy an outdoor dining area that comfortably seats four, perfect for al fresco meals. A cozy hammock invites you to unwind, with serene beach views as your backdrop. Other things to note House Rules and Policies: Quiet Hours: To respect the peaceful surroundings, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Smoking: Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas. Pets: Unfortunately, our villa is not pet-friendly. Eco-Friendly Practices: We’re committed to sustainable tourism, and our villa reflects this in several ways: Recycling and Waste Reduction: Eco-friendly practices are in place to help minimize waste. Dining Options: Savor authentic local flavors with our meal service, available as an add-on to the villa rental. Meals can be ordered as you wish, offering flexibility throughout your stay.
