The space 🏠 Villa Overview The villa covers an area of 400 square meters, with all rooms built around a swimming pool. Five bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests. The villa is situated in a quiet and safe area, ideal for rest and relaxation. 3-4 cars can be parked at the villa entrance. The living room is equipped with a TV and sofas. There is a dining area in the villa. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, tableware, and cups. All five bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms, spacious and comfortable, featuring 1.8m double beds to ensure high-quality sleep for every guest. The swimming pool can be directly viewed from the bedrooms. The private swimming pool is in a private space within the villa's enclosure, with a length of 9 meters. Three sun loungers are provided by the pool. 🧘 Facilities and Services Our professional team consists of full-time cleaning staff and technicians who will clean the villa and pool before your arrival. During your stay, one free cleaning service per week is available (advance reservation required). Other things to note Additional Notes and Instructions 1. During your stay, you will be responsible for electricity charges. We will record the electricity meter reading either after your check-in or on the following day and send it to you. The Thai government's electricity fee is 7 Thai Baht per kilowatt-hour. Water and internet services are provided free of charge. 2. Cleaning Services: One complimentary cleaning service per week is available. Please inform us one day in advance to schedule a convenient time. For additional cleaning requests, a fee of 800 THB per service will apply. 3. House Rules: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in the garden and by the pool area. Pets are not permitted. Violations will result in a fine of 5,000 THB. Any illegal activities in Thailand (e.g., using controlled drugs) are strictly forbidden. 4. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in: After 3 PM | Check-out: Before 12 PM (noon). We are flexible with timings when possible. If there are no immediate next guests, we may offer a few hours of free late check-out. To request a late check-out, please discuss it with us one day in advance. If mutually agreed and no subsequent guests are waiting, late check-out will be free of charge. If no agreement is reached, please adhere to the standard check-out time. 5.Sewer System Note: Due to Thailand’s sensitive sewer system, do not flush tissues down the toilet. Please dispose of them in the trash bin instead. 6. Consumables: Guests are responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the provided supplies are exhausted. 7. Tropical Environment Reminders: Thailand’s tropical climate means mosquitoes and insects are common. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent them from entering the villa.
