It’s peaceful rural Virginia — dark nights, still mornings, and room to breathe. The downstairs apartment is a spacious two-bedroom, one-bath retreat that feels larger than most expect. It includes a comfortable living area, a small kitchenette ideal for light meals or simple breakfasts, and a large soaker tub — perfect for unwinding after a day exploring wineries, Shenandoah trails, or the farm itself. We live in the main house on the floor above the apartment. You’ll have a private entrance and your own dedicated space, though you may occasionally hear normal household activity above. We’re nearby if needed while still respecting your privacy. Guests have access to private walking trails (when open), a shared fire pit area, and open outdoor space to relax and enjoy the land. Southern Voice Farm isn’t a resort — it’s real land, thoughtfully cared for, and meant to be experienced slowly. Guest access Guests have use of the entire lower level excluding a few owners closets. The upstairs level, outbuildings, and hot tub are not for guest use. Trails are open from January 15th to September 1st. Other things to note Coming in 2026!!! Stocked trout pond for fly fishing!!!! Message us for details! Foraging! On the farm you will find Paw paw, apples, pears, peaches, plums, chestnuts, mushrooms, berries, herbs, etc depending on the season.
