Panoramic views across the city and Severn Estuary
Description
Quirky, bohemian bungalow with panoramic views across the city to the Severn Estuary and beyond. You will find peace and tranquility on a tree lined street in an elevated residential neighborhood. Down the hill are tasty take-aways and an Italian restaurant. Town centre / bus and train station are a 20ish min walk, doable through the park and along the River Usk. The property is an easily accessible 10mins from the ICC exit of the M4. Seawall and gorgeous RSPB Wetlands are a 15mins drive. The space Upstairs is yours. One very large bed / sitting room with ensuite bathroom where you can relax in a wonderful bathtub while gazing out at the sky and trees. Large velux windows on every side of the room, let in light and views in all directions. Please note, there is no stand up shower. The showerhead is an attachment on the bath tap. The kitchen is shared with me and my mum. Here you will find DIY breakfast ingredients of cereal, fruit, bread, jams, coffee etc. There is a kettle upstairs for you to make tea / coffee. Newport has lots to offer. The Transporter Bridge, Wales National Velodrome, RSPB Wetlands and an Arts Centre. If you need a new passport, Newport can help with that too. I learned recently, it's the place to come if you want to buy a bassoon. Or you can just relax in the restful, spaciousness . Guest access Entrance to the space is straight through the front door, a few steps past the kitchen and up the stairs. During your stay I will be here to welcome you to my home when you arrive.
