The fully fenced private yard includes a deck with patio seating, propane fire pit, and BBQ. The remainder of the property is a private residence and is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Dog Policy - Please Read Before Booking Dogs are welcome; however, this property is not a substitute for a kennel. - Dogs must not be left unattended at any time or for any duration - this includes inside the cabin, in a kennel, or within the fenced yard. - If your plans include non-pet-friendly activities (e.g., concerts, river tubing, weddings), this cabin may not be a suitable accommodation. - As outlined in our full house rules, fines apply for unattended pets. - Guests who violate this policy may be required to vacate the property immediately. - Additional charges will apply for any pet-related damage.
