The superb, seasonally-available HOA amenities include a nearby private beach and pier with a clubhouse, BBQ area, sandy volleyball court, and ping pong. At the condo complex, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a sauna, tennis, bocce, basketball, and pickle ball courts, and a kids' play structure ensure fun activities for everyone. One of the swimming pools provides an unparalleled lakeview. The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakeview unit that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enter on the lower level where you'll find a Queen bedroom and a lakeview bunkroom with 2 sets of Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunkbeds. The bunkroom features a TV, a foosball table, and a patio area with lakeview. Guest bathroom in the hallway has a sink, toilet, and combination tub / shower, plus a separate sink and large vanity area so two or more people can use the bathroom at the same time. Laundry facilities are in the vanity area too. Upstairs holds the lakeview living room, dining area, kitchen with separate coffee nook, and a King primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Deck off of living room provides a serene space to enjoy the lake view and features a propane fire table and a gas grill (available in summer). Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
