Other guests have recommended the cleanliness in the house, the 24-hour security and the excellent communication with the hosts The space The house was the first one on the block, and one of the first houses in the Romantic Zone!; It has its own history, which began back on 1980, a time when the paradisiacal Vallarta had not yet been discovered and there were mango trees on every corner. On a street parallel to Basilio Badillo, the house has two floors crowned by a terrace where you will find the kitchen and dining room. On the first floor you will find a spacious and fresh living room. The house has three bedrooms, two of which have a private complete bathroom. Guest access WALKING The Romantic Zone brings together natural spectacles such as the Cuale River, Banderas Bay and the jungle in the Sierra Madre Occidental. Multiple nationalities and cultures gather at outdoor bars and cafes to enjoy the warm weather. Because everything is close by, it is a great option to appreciate the attractions of the Zone by walking. The cobbled streets and the roofs will be part of the walks along the Malecón, the cultural spaces and the restaurants. One of the closest curiosities to the house are the suspension bridges that connect the Cuale Island with the cobbled streets, while the closest amenities are restaurants and pharmacies on Basilio Badillo. Five minutes away from CasaMAR is the most iconic beach in Jalisco: Los Muertos; It is possible to visit other beaches on the north or south coast of the bay by bus, taxi (1) or car (2). PUBLIC TRANSPORT (1) For backpackers, buses and taxis bases are one block away from the house (average bus price $10 per trip; average taxi cost varies according to distance and season of the year). PRIVATE CAR (2) For those who have a car available, the road to the South coast is one block away from the house. Guests usually park their cars outside the property with no additional cost Other things to note 1) In case you want to rent for fewer people, we have two other room announcements separately, please write to the host to receive more information. 2) The house is only for guests who rent it. Occasionally the hosts may be there to attend to the concerns of the guests, with prior notice 3) There is prior organization for delivery of keys outside the house or 10 minutes from the house 4) The hosts are willing to support visitors with tours, suggestions for typical dinners and unique experiences such as planting fruit trees.
