Chata Lípa

A cottage with a beautiful view of the water level in the Moravian Karst. It consists of one room(37m2), a corner with a bathtub and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The heating is handled by a fireplace and an infrapan. There is a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for two. The garden is large 777m2, has only one neighbor and is all fenced. This listing is for those who want to be outdoorsy and understand what it entails. Dear guests, please do not look for the luxury of your apartments with us. The space There are a few things in the cabin that may surprise you. The toilet flushes with a bucket. It is possible to use rain water from the outside tank (best way to not waste) or to use tap water. Tap water is of course drinkable. There is a bucket under the sink that runs water into (there is no waste ). This water can be well used for flushing or watering the flowers (there are only eco-friendly washing products in the cabin). Please note that the cabin can be cold in the winter. You need to keep a fire in the stove (you always have enough fuels). However, you may still need warm clothes. Guest access Guests have use of the cottage with the entire garden. The garden is fenced and has 2 gates. One gate is located a few meters from the water, the other is by the parking spaces on the opposite side (from the top). ! Please note that there is some minor construction work going on in the backyard. No one will disturb you. You might just catch a glimpse of a trench every now and then. :) ! For safety reasons, three mature trees were cut down at the cottage. However, the surrounding area remains beautifully green, and the views of the water and the countryside are not affected in any way. Some of the wood is temporarily stored along the road. Other things to note Please leave the cottage and garden in the same condition as when you arrived.
