This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. We offer our family home for rent (optional linen). Come and discover the center of Brittany, its countryside landscapes but also the seaside 40 minutes away! This riverside house will bring you calm and serenity. The space Upon arrival, you will have access to the house through the ground floor. There you will find somewhere to put your coats and shoes. On the first level, you will have a toilet, a bathroom (shower cabin), a double bed bedroom, the living room (kitchen, living room, dining room), a veranda and a covered summer kitchen giving access to the terrace and its built-in barbecue. The top floor is equipped with a bathroom (shower cabin + toilet), a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a large bedroom with a queen size bed. LINEN NOT INCLUDED (beds made on arrival + bath linen) is optional at €20 per room to be prepared. Guest access You will have the entire house and the enclosed garden as an extension of the terrace. The bottom street has an easement for the Moulin house at the bottom of the latter. Please leave access free by not parking on the street. You will have a parking space next to the large garage at the entrance to the property. If necessary, you can park your vehicle in this garage.
