The space “Cheerful spaciousness” was how advertising materials described Little Mod Pod back in 1951, and these words still apply today. Little Mod Pod looks like a petite jewel box that, when opened up, reveals amazing treasures – from a sauna to a large backyard. The Little Mod Pod at just 750-sq-ft provides all the amenities and comforts of a full-size home in a compact and efficient space. It’s the ideal spot for a couples retreat, romantic getaway, solo vacation, staycation, girlfriends getaway, or for business travelers. You’ll easily access Little Mod Pod through keyless entry and find yourself at the open and airy convergence of the foyer, dining room, and living room. Relax and socialize in the calming and eclectic living room as natural light streams in through large floor-to-ceiling windows and a cozy fire blazes in the original stone gas fireplace. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the 50” Samsung TV, using your own logins to access popular streaming services. Play host-provided board games. Feast your eyes on myriad carefully curated live plants, art objects, and décor items. The compact floor plan lets you experience easy access to the kitchen and dining areas as you relax and unwind. Ample & comfortable seating easily accommodates your group of up to four. You’ll find that the sleek and efficient kitchen, just steps away, evokes the Mid-Century Modern style, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prep and cook your favorite culinary delights. The quartz countertops provide ample prep space, and you’ll love the large, double-bowl granite sink. Brand-new stainless-steel appliances – refrigerator, chef-preferred gas stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher – await your cooking prowess, along with toaster, blender, electric kettle, hand mixer, and crockpot. You’ll have all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your delicious meals. You also have the option of cooking outdoors on the gas grill along with proper utensils. Dine in the adorable dining nook, accommodating four with charming banquette seating plus two chairs. This nook can double as a workspace for any remote-work needs; a desk and office chair is also available as a work surface (in the basement).. Grab a hot or cold beverage from the fully stocked coffee and tea bar, with drip coffee pot, electric kettle, and pour-over coffee maker. A cane-backed chair is a lovely spot to indulge in reading material you’ll find at Little Mod Pod or wind down to sleep watching Watch your favorite shows and movies on the 40” Samsung TV, using your own logins to access popular streaming services. Indulge yourself with the cushy robe found in the closet, along with extra blankets and other essentials. Behind the wooden window treatments, white roller shades can be pulled down for total privacy and room darkening. In the 10.9’ x 9.4’ Secondary Bedroom, luxuriate in the queen bed’s sumptuous linens under a dazzling chandelier. A corner of the room is home to a full-length mirror and cane-backed chair. In the closet, you’ll find the same extras as in the Primary-Bedroom closet. Bedside tables are equipped with lamps, a sound machine, and a salt rock lamp for full restoration. Behind the wooden window treatments, white roller shades can be pulled down for total privacy and room darkening.
