Staten Island is an underrated borough but is developing rapidly due to its convenient commute to Manhattan and Brooklyn, and its parks, beaches, bars, and restaurants. Our house is a 5-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, and cafés. A Russian food store is two blocks away, and the Istanbul Grand Bazaar, offering a variety of Middle Eastern food, is a 15-minute walk. The express bus stop is nearby, and parking is available. Unlike other suburbs, you can easily move around without a car. The space The house is nestled on a 1,742 sqft lot and provides a perfect mix of urban proximity to all the New York's points of interests (by free ferry, 24-hour express bus or car), at the same time providing quite and relaxing living away from the hustle and bustle. The iconic statue of liberty is within 30 minutes from the house, and the ferry will take you straight to Manhattan. You will enjoy the seaside and the beach along with authentic food stores (Ukrainian, Russian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Italian and more) - all five to ten minutes away from our home. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a 65'' TV screen and a large bathroom. We have a washing machine and a good coffee machine, as well as a backyard with a grill and sun beds for your comfort. The home was built by Italians in the stucco style and preserve some of the stained glass windows. We are also close to New Jersey.
