The property also features a barn that is home to a array of farm animals. Visitors have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the farm life by assisting with morning feedings and spending time with the friendly animals. Guests also have access to Bear Creek, where you can fish and play in the water. Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, our property features a modern farmhouse with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a barn filled with animals you can meet and help care for. Inside, the open-concept living space invites you to relax. Unwind in the living room with ample seating for seven, enjoy the ambiance of the wood-burning stove, or catch up on your favorite shows on the TV. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and everything you need for meal preparation, including an Instant Pot, electric ice cream maker, and an ice maker. A stocked coffee and tea bar is also provided. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, where the table seats six and large windows offer a delightful view of the farm animals. Our farmhouse offers three cozy bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms: * **Bedroom 1:** A spacious retreat with a king-size bed, a private porch, a sitting area, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. * **Bedroom 2:** Features a comfortable queen-size bed, a small desk area, and a TV. * **Bedroom 3:** Perfect for kids, this room includes three twin beds, a TV, toys, and a chalkboard for creative play. * **Main Bathroom:** Designed for accessibility with a spacious no-step walk-in shower, grab bars, and a comfort-height toilet. Step outside to enjoy the fresh country air. Your private yard includes a tetherball, a sandbox, outdoor games, a fire pit with firewood provided, hammocks, and inviting lounge chairs. The barn is home to our sheep, goats, pig, chickens, ducks, and a mini horse. You can even swing in the hay loft! Please note the stairs to the loft are steep and require adult supervision for children. Guest Access You will have complete private access to the farmhouse, the yard, and the barn. You also have access to our beautiful waterfront on Bear Creek, perfect for fishing and playing in the water. Chairs, fishing poles, and creek toys are provided for your enjoyment. Accessing the creek requires a short drive (0.1 miles) down the adjacent driveway. As the creek is a shared natural space that our family also uses, we do require a signed waiver of responsibility, which will be provided after check-in. The Neighborhood Our farmhouse is centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the region's best family-friendly activities. The town of Harrison is just a 10-minute drive away for groceries, stores, and restaurants. Our animals can be noisy, and their presence attracts bugs. Although the farmhouse is sprayed monthly for pests, it's still possible to encounter insects. * **Our Farm Dog:** We have a large, very friendly dog who roams the property to help protect the farm animals. He is gentle with people but does not get along with other dogs. * **Potential for Noise:** The farmhouse is situated near another home and is positioned by the road. We provide earplugs, eye masks, and noise machines for any light sleepers. * **Creek Waiver:** A signed waiver is required for all guests who wish to use the shared creek area. Guest access Please remember that as guests, you have complete private access to the farmhouse, yard, and barn. You also have the opportunity to enjoy the creek, but we do require a signed waiver of responsibility, which will be provided after your check-in. It's important to note that the creek is a shared space located below the farmhouse, and my family also utilizes this area. Other things to note Please keep in mind the following information: Farm animals make noise, and their presence attracts bugs. Although the farmhouse is sprayed monthly for pests, it's still possible to encounter bugs. This is a strict no-pets rental. We have a large breed, very friendly dog roaming the property. He is very gentle and is there to help protect the farm animals. He does not get along with other dogs. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
