Enjoy lake life at Shawano Point lake house, located off popular Lake Dr. on Webers Point. You'll be taken away by the beautiful lakefront view as you walk through the front door into the completely renovated open concept kitchen and living room areas. Featuring 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 1 1/2 bath, and laundry area. Conveniently located close to several local eateries, pubs, golf courses, & County Park. Plus, just a short drive to town for all your shopping needs. Includes use of kayaks. The space The lake house features 3 bedrooms with all new memory foam mattresses. The First Bedroom as a Queen Bed, the Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Twin XL Bed, the Third Bedroom (bunkroom) has a Queen Bed and Twin XL Bed with wall mounted TV. The cottage is designed for a max of 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for home cooked meals including pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, baking dishes. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked. A center island seats 7 and is perfect to enjoy meals or play board games. A Keurig coffee maker is available for us. As well as a gas grill and utensils. The lake house has a full bath and a half bath with a starter supply of toilet paper provided. This home also has Wi-Fi and separate working area with a view of the lake. Convenient for those who need to work remotely. American Marine is located within walking distance that offers boat rentals. Boat launch also conveniently located down the road. Guest access The entire lake house is accessible however the detached garage is not available for use. Other things to note No Smoking. No Pets. No parties or additional guests. No unapproved visitors. The dock is seasonal. The shore is raked and cleaned on a weekly basis. If you notice any damages upon arrival please communicate immediately to avoid any potential disputes
