The space The upstairs bathroom is under going renovation. Everything is accessible in the bathroom but the shower/tub. Updates/renovations are being made to the house in between guests stays. Guest access Everything is available for use but the basement. Other things to note No smoking at all inside of the home. A separate cleaning fee will apply if residue is found. No parties or events allowed. If you stay 30 minutes past your checkout time without approval then you will be charged an additional nights fee. This is a lived in home.
