Our home is located in North End,a good neighborhood in Bridgeport,CT. We are near to major hospitals, university/colleges, major transportation (Train Station, Jefferson Ferry), easy access to I-95, Merritt Pkwy, shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets. We are glad to open our home to those who are looking for a place away from home. Our house has three bedrooms ,each with smart Roku- TV, wood floors, with 1 1/2 bath, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We are happy to share our home to those who are looking for a place to stay away from home. Guest can use our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances . We have 1.5 shared bath that guests can use. Free Wi-fi, High speed internet, with Smart -Roku TV in the living room, no cable. We provide basic essentials, towels, bed sheets. This bedroom has a twin bed, ideal for a single person. It has a small closet , own TV, personal refrigerator and a computer desk. Our property hosts mixed gender. Close to universities/colleges, malls, supermarkets, restaurants, church and major transportation in Fairfield and New Haven County. Our home is ideal for medical students/residents doing their internship/medical rotation, ideal place for college students as well. There are occasions that guests hear ambulance ,fire truck and police sirens due to proximity of the location to the hospital and main road. Uber, Lyft ,Bus ,taxi is easily available . Household Rules : -A $100 one time cleaning fee will be charged for a guest that will stay for 28 days or more. -No outside footwear (sneakers, boots, sandals, etc.) in the house at all. You are welcome to use the provided house slippers. -For long term guests , she/ he is responsible for providing her/his own essentials (laundry soap, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, etc.). Host/Landlord provide an essential starter pack to last a few days. -Common Areas - Everyone is to clean up after themselves or any guests in the common areas. Personal Rooms - Should be cleaned . No food or food wrappers/trash is to be kept in the rooms at all. Bathrooms - Should be cleaned out after each use and when needed. Keep the sink counter clean and free of clutter. Don’t flush the toilet tissue in the toilet bowl , it will clog up the drain. Wipe down the toilet seat. Don’t leave tissue paper on the floor, put it in the garbage. Don’t leave hair in the bathtub. Kitchen - Should be cleaned after cooking. Dishes and cookware should be cleaned after used , dry, then put in proper area. No dirty cooking ware/ kitchen utensils should be left at all in the sink. Dishwasher - If used, dishes should be rinsed off before putting in in a one full needs to be turned on. When dishes are dry they need to be put back up. -Turn off appliances/lights when not in use. Can not leave the AC running continuously unattended( Turn off AC, lights when leaving the house) Property - Any form of permanent alteration on the property is not permitted like nailing/thumbtacking on walls, etc. -We have Ring doorbell at the front door and floodlight with camera in the driveway. -Property is a co-ed, meaning both males and females may possibly be housemates. -Smoking cigarettes or any type of smoking is not permitted at all in the house. If smoking outside, all the cigarette butts need to be properly disposed of in a trash can. - Alcohol is not permitted at all in the house. - Drug Use - Any type of illegal drug is not to be brought around or used in the house. Any violation of this rule and the authorities will be contacted, and the tenant will be evicted. -Music/TV - Noise should not be loud enough to bother anyone in the house or for the sound to travel out of the room with the door shut. If it does, when asked to turn down the volume the first time should be done immediately and not raised again. -Pets - No pets are allowed in the house or in the backyard whatsoever. -Parking - Park in the driveway in a way that if someone else needs to get out they can. -Privacy No installation of any form of surveillance camera inside the house. As required by law, the landlord may enter the tenants room only for the following reasons: (a) in case of emergency; (b) to make necessary or agreed-upon repairs, improvements, supply necessary agreed-upon services, or exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgages, tenants, workers, or contractors; (c) when the tenant has abandoned or surrendered the premises; (d) pursuant to court order; (e) or to inspect living area
