Just 5 minute car ride to Gorgeous Harkness Memorial State Park on the Long Island Sound. A short drive to casinos (Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods), famous Mystic, CT, and quaint Niantic. A comfortable couch (with queen pull-out) and Queen-sized bed. Guests can request use of the paddleboards, right from the backyard (with a short portage). The space Self contained private and serene 1 bedroom apartment within a house, Entrance has a sitting area that overlooks Jordan River. Guest access Guests have their own space, kitchen area, private bath, desk, living room and eating area. Plus a porch and outside sitting area. Lovely backyard overlooking the the river. During your stay I live on the property and am available as needed.
