Brookings Beauty: Spacious Stay Steps from SDSU

Perfect for groups or families! This home is located right next to the SDSU campus. Easy walking distance to the football stadium! Amenties: Large kitchen with plenty of seating for gathering. Fully stocked for meal prepping and cooking. Free WiFi. Roku TV with guest mode. Location: Centrally located in Brookings right off 6th St. It’s an easy walk to the Brookings Aquatic Center, Hillcrest Park, anywhere on the SDSU campus, McCory Gardens, and many restaurants & fast food places. The space This house is located on a corner lot right across the street from the SD State University Campus. This is a split-level style home so there are several stairs throughout. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space for cooking, gathering, or hanging out. There are 6 chairs at the dining table and barstools for the island. There is a walkout basement to the private backyard area. There is an outdoor patio table with seating for 4 and an umbrella for shade. There are two living room areas with couches and seating options for your group. One is on the same level as the kitchen and the other is ground level. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 & #2 are upstairs next to the bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom #3 is downstairs next to the 2nd smaller bathroom with a standing corner shower. Bedroom #1: King Bed with desk and one window. Bedroom #2: Queen Bed and Full-size Futon and two windows. Bedroom #3: Two Full-Sized Beds and one window. *Note, there is no washer/dryer available for use on the property. Guest access The whole home is yours to use during your stay. The garage and unfinished basement room are locked and not accesible to guests. There are cameras in these private areas. I am renovating the basement to create more guest space for future stays. A few storage closets will be locked as well.
