The yard is fully fenced with front property gates that close. Access to Port Blakely logging road trails at the end of road and 15 minutes to Milo Mc Iver State Park for hiking, paddleboarding or kayaking. Bagby hot springs an hour away. Let owner know if you would like to meet the horses. The space Lovely farm house in the country. 4 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Bright and sunny the top floor overlooks the horse pastures. The kitchen is roomy and stocked with pantry essentials. Enjoy the view from the wrap-around deck or watch your dog play in the horse pasture. You can make arrangements to visit with the resident horses. You can enjoy picking fresh apples in the fall, or sip coffee from the swinging chair or hammock. One king bed in the large master bedroom, one queen bed, one full bed and one twin bed. Additional guests can be accommodated via air mattresses or couch sleeping upon request. King and Queen beds have adjustable backs perfect for low back pain, ensuring a restful sleep. Guest access Guests use the whole house and dogs can run off leash in the pasture with the designated sniff spot. 4 bedrooms and full kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. High speed internet perfect for remote working. Other things to note The closest grocery store is Harvest Market in Estacada (15 minutes) or the Safeway Molalla (20 minutes). Guests love visiting Milo McIver State park where you can paddleboard or kayak (rentals available in the summer) through Clackamas River Outfitters. There is a great steakhouse in Estacada called the Cazadero Steakhouse that is also ASL friendly upon request. There are hiking trails at the end of our road that go through the Port Blakely forest.
